Hari 2 : Smoothies Kiwi Zespri

Hari ni busy sangat sampao terkocoh-kocoh buat kerja. Nak duduk makan sarapan pagi pun rasa macam tak sempat je. Hahaha. Akhirnya masukkan 1 biji buah Kiwi Zespri + Pisang + Susu dalam pengisar dan jadilah Smoothies Kiwi Zespri. Hahaha.

Cara ni mudah sahaja. Sebab lagi cepat dan fleksibel. Lepas blender terus minum. Berlemak dan berkrim.

Rasa Smoothies Kiwi Zespri campur pisang dan susu ni lagi sedap. Sebab masam buah kiwi dan manis pisang seimbang. Lepas tu ada rasa susu pula. Yummy! Itu Ruby punya kegemaran lah. Kalau suami, dia suka Kiwi Zespri dan air sejuk dikisar bersama. Masam-masam macam tu terus minum. Hehehe.
